My graphics card Radeon HD 7770 is staying at full throttle even when I'm not gaming, and even when it is idle. I took the graphics card to a service and they said that is in perfect shape. Also this doesn't happen all the time when I boot the system. How can I fix it? Thanks

Other specs:

CPU: I5-3330 @3.30GHz
RAM: 4GB
PSU: 700W

P.S. This system has been running for only 2 months and everything has been fine until this last week.

So I went into the Task Manager> Processes, and saw this file atiedxx.exe *32 taking like 30K memory. When I closed it, the graphics card went smooth again as it should be. I know that atiedxx.exe is a file for AMD drivers but I never seen one with *32 attached to it.
