No further questions needed.
I personally believe the triple 260s will be better but I am no expert so please I would like your opinion.
Thank you.

I think SLI GTX 550 Ti is better. The GTX 260 doesn't scale well and at Tri-SLI GTX 260, it performs at maybe around a GTX 480. But it's not a single GTX 480 but rather 3 GTX 260. So yeah ... I'll go with the GTX 550 Ti. I still don't think it's a huge improvement.

It depends on which version of the 260, the older 65nm model won't hit decent clocks without mods but a 55nm model can overclock decently and the 550Ti as well the gtx260 are in the same general are performance wise. The downside is that three gtx260 is the power consumption, I used to run two gtx280 in sli and manged when it came to the cooling needs but it showed on the utility bill.

Scaling wise with overclocking three gtx260 will be faster but not by much and isn't worth it for daily use. Go with a real card like a 560Ti that performs close to a gtx660.

First of, Thanks you all for answering this quick

Second, I am planing to get something way better with my new job salary but for now I can get both 3*GTX260 and 2*GTX550Ti on the same low price. I just needed to know if either was better.

Anyway I will stick to the dual SLI, BUT!
My choices for a Mother Boards are Asus or ASRock, so I need an opinion on that too, what would you guys recommend? (Also keep in mind I am from small supposedly 3rd world country(not so much tho) and my choices are limited... in a way).
