Thanks Tom's hardware commumity for your help.
this will be basically my gaming and rendering Rig with a bit of overclocking in future. :)
1. Intel Core i7-3770k Processor
2. Asus ATI RADEON 7950 HD 3GB DDR5 Graphics card
3. Asus P8Z77-V-LK Motherboard
4. Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) RAM
5. 2TB seagate Barracuda (7200rpm) Hard Disk
6.Cooler Master HAF 912 combat with transparent acrylic side panel Cabinet
7. Seasonic S12II 620 Watts PSU(SMPS)
8. Asus CD-Writer.
Suggestions are welcome, i'm gonna start collecting parts tommorow. :D

Looks fine to me.
Personally would invest in a better case, but there's nothing wrong with the HAF-912.

Any plans on cooling your chip, you have everything overclock ready except for the cooling aspect. A Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO is nice budget heatsink that will let you get to decent clocks.

I really would not recommend the Noctua cooler with this build, the motherboard is a bit to flimsy to be using the massive heatsink on, if you do happen to use it you could warp the board which basically destroys it rendering your computer completely useless. I really would recommend you just stick with the Hyper 212 EVO.

See if you can get a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H or ASUS P8Z77-V LK. Those boards are roughly equivalent to the AsRock Extreme4 and each other in terms of features. With the extra cash, would sink it into a 212 EVO I mentioned before and a better case (HAF-XM, Corsair 400R and the NZXT Phantom 410 spring to mind).
