Any advise for a mobo

Hello,

I don't know my budget yet but I'm thinking of one of these depending on my budget.

gigabyte ga 970 a ud3 80,-
or
ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 130,-
I know these 2 are great but I dont know if this is a good one
MSI 990FXA-GD65 110,-

But again it depends on the budget, is there any mobo you think I really need to buy?

Most likely will pair it with:
fx 8320(maybe get the cm hyper 212 evo)
sapphire hd 7870xt
8gb corsair vengeance

I first thought about asrock but I think the gigabyte and asus are better quality for about the same prices and the gigabyte has a better power phase.

Also does anyone think I should buy a i5 3470 with a cheap (z77) mobo withouth the cm hyper 212 evo? The only thing I don't like is buying a dead socket.
I'm (mostly)gaming and some editing or photoshop.

asrock mobos are very good atm, my friends are all using asrock boards and its running fine.. you gotta decide btween the asus and asrock. my personal choice wud be asus. i5 3570k is a better cpu imo
