AMD Bulldozer FX 4170 4.2ghz Quad Core 8mb Cache
4gb DDR3 1600mhz Crucial Ballistix Sport
ATI Radeon 6450 1gb DDR3 with HDMI Hyper Memory Upto 2gb

What resolution?

It should play DayZ at low settings. Changing your video card will improve it

I planned to play it at 1280 by 1024. You mentioned my graphics card is not very good, what GPU would you recommend. Not too expensive..

What's your budget? I would say a 7750 should be able to produce good frames at high on that resolution.
