Yes, everything is compatible, there are a couple of changes you can make to save your wallet and increase performance:

CM Hyper 212 EVO is a great cooler, it will easily get you to 4.4GHz, and can take you to 4.8GHz in some cases without even nearing the max or even above optimal even at 100% load, it's a great value and you should keep it.

The sabertooth board is just a heat trap, you would do fine (if you prefer Asus) with an Asus p8z77 V-LK it will serve the exact same purpose and not bust your wallet.

That RAM is a bit on the expensive side, this is a bit cheaper and is fully functional with the same performance as well as being LP: Memory: Patriot Gamer 2 Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($47.98 @ NCIX US)

Getting 2 1TB HDDs will cost you a bit extra, you should look at getting one 2TB Caviar Blue, saves you money and performs the same.

The GTX 670 is a bit on the expensive side, which means you can afford the Gigabyte 7970 (non GHz but you can overclock it to GHz without a problem) which performs 10% faster and has in a nutshell the same performing cooler, it's just a MUCH better value.

Keeping your current PSU which means you can easily CFx/SLI in the future.

Actually RAM is out of stock

I would stay away from anything green in HDDs, they are slow in their performance, i'd get a 64GB SSD for OS and default programs and 1TB caviar blue for everything else, OR a 2TB caviar blue .

I prefer to stay with GTX 670 bucause of CUDA and Physx, Also when OC'd it surpasses GTX 680 and be 5-10% under an OC'd 680, and you have a chance to SLI with another one and get a gaming BEAST

BEST LUCK

Nice $65 RAM, this is 47 performs the same...
Memory: PNY Optima 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($44.99 @ Amazon)

SSDs unless you cannot stand load times are just a money pit.

Much more cost effective HDD: Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($94.99 @ Amazon) This is .043 GB/$ instead of .052 GB/$

HDD is $10 more, and the difference between 1333mhz and 1600mhz is a tenth of a percent, do some RAM research, they are virtually the same, it is just a marketing gimic.
