Budget gaming desktop computer build (need help)

ok so i'm only 13 but i have a job and i want to build my own computer my budget is 600$ or lower and i want to get the most fastest and most quietest(i have had a annoying fan for a long time)desktop computer that is able to run most games on medium or even better high or ultra graphic settings
so can someone please help me? (please include a monitor into the price )

Location: Cairo,Egypt
Parts Preferences:i dont know what this means sorry
Overclocking: if it means a higher price tag then no
SLI or Crossfire: i dont know this either -_-
Your Monitor Resolution: um a decent resolution doesnt need to be so hd
Additional Comments: for games like guildwars 2 minecraft, etc (streaming to)
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: because my laptop is crap and im sick of it

  1. Congrats on working. I started on my 15th bday. Job sucked but I had car at 16. Save and spend wise.

    You can easily do this for $700. I'm on the tablet otherwise I'd suggest a build.
