Hello! I've been a lurker for quite some time, but I've had an issue for a while now regarding my 6 months old PC, it worked fine for about 4 months, but then it started acting weird, 1 of the GPU fans (the top card) went off and came back randomly (it seemed to come back and start stuttering whenever I reinstalled Nvidia drivers) that problem stayed the same for a week then went away, but a month later it has come back and now I'm sitting with the same problem.
Things I have tried: Updating Drivers (including BIOS), installing Nvidia Ntune and messing with fan control, installing EVGA Precision and underclocking, changing the voltage.
