I'm assembling this new system I just bought and here's my problem
see the picture, its everything i've plugged
copy image url in new window for zooming
I donno what remains, is there anything I'm missing?

990FXA-GD65
AMD 8350
7970 Sapphire
PSU 750w (unknown brand)
2x4 RAM 8gig Geil Evo Veloce
Z600 hyper cooler (without fan)
HDD Sata and SSD Force GC
+DVD RW

When i turn it on, The GPU and CPU fans are working fine plus DVD-RW
but Monitor screen remains black like nothing happened

when I unplug monitor from GPU it says no signal on screen
but when i plug it back its just black

I let two ports intact, which are the only ports being capable of plugged from PSU
one says sth like a 12v and the other to provide power for GPU

I've checked everything, Nothing else to do, pls help

Well you're missing the MOBO power. Big black connection right side middle. Also you need to plug in something in the other black thing to the top left of the military class strip.

As TylerHam said make sure you have the motherboard connectors installed properly. Does your power supply have an 8 pin motherboard connector? Find out the brand and model of your power supply and let us know.

Also, you may want to follow these instructions and maybe even "breadboard" your system to troubleshoot.

You need to plug the 20+4 pin power cable and the 8 pin power cable into the mainboard. Those two give the mainboard it's power.

One thing I did notice in your description that gave me pause "PSU 750w (unknown brand)" Even at 750w a low end PSU could blow and take the rest of the system with it. The PSU is not a component you want to be the cheapest part you can get.

The PSU is the backbone of your whole system and should get at least as much thought as the GPU.
