I've come into a few issues with this computer and I've always found myself on here, so I joined. If this is the wrong spot, I do apologize, I'm simply at a loss now.

The basics of the computer are:
ECS BLACK SERIES GF8200A (V1.0) AM2+/AM3 NVIDIA GeForce 8200 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard
Galaxy GeForce MDT GT 520 1 GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Quad DVI Multi-display Graphics Card
1.5 TB HD
I do not know the power supply.
Running windows 7 32 bit

It's hooked up to a 46" tv using the graphics card. I use a DVI to HDMI cable to accomplish this. Last night I updated all drivers for Nvidia. Worked fine. Was downloading a program as I went to bed last night, this morning it would not wake up. Restarted the computer, and now it only goes to the 2nd screen were it performs some sort of test, then restarts and does it all again. What do I do? I'm at a loss. I need this computer to run. It was running amazing last night, and 7 hours later it won't even boot. (I can get to bios and that's it.)

Edit: I'm also getting a "Primary master drive-atapi incompatible" and if I press F1 it will reboot to the same issue.

It sounds like something may have failed. It seems to not be able to boot properly. Perhaps the HDD has crashed? I'd recommend getting the Windows disk and plug it in and try to run some tests.

I'd try to run some HDD diagnostics in your BIOS if possible.

Edit: Now I see the error. Still a bit confused though, maybe try making sure everything is plugged in?

The error is gone now, though in the bios it still shows "not detected" for all SATA drives.

We do NOT have the windows disk.
