Guys I have a Flatron W2043 monitor
{{ I have perftect hardware conf. for that game }}
CAN I RUN VERY GOOF ON THAT MONITOR [ 1600x900 ] max resolution !!

ANy HElp WouLD BE ApPrECciaTeD !! :D !

My old build had nearly the same specs(E8200, 7770 OC GHz) and could barely run it at 1080p on normal. Your build will choke on normal too.

Mate, I already told you. No, but you can run them on the lowest settings. (Which they call normal.)
