i recently replaced my motherboard and cpu, tried to reinstall windows but it wouldn't see the cd as i booted up, all the settings are correct in the bios (boot order etc) i installed windows on a different computer using the same cd and hdd i tried before and they both seem to work fine, is it a motherboard or cpu fault?
Computer wont load windows not sure if motherboard
