A good GPU

Solution
I am glad you posted the spec pic.
That psu can't be any good. 12a on the +12v rails is abysmal, particularly for a psu advertised at 500w.
I would junk the unit in favor on something of decent quality.
A Seasonic 300w unit can deliver twice the 12a.

A decent 300w psu can handle a graphics card as good as a 7750.
It is the strongest card that does not need an auxiliary 6 pin pci-e power connector.
But with YOUR psu, I would not dare to guess.
If you install ANY graphics card, you risk damaging everything your psu is connected to.
Replace it asap.
If your psu were a true 500w unit with a typical 38a, then you could use a card as strong as a 7950 or GTX670.

I'm not sure that's a good choice for your rig's power. Seems like one one of those shady generic brands that lead to catastrophic power failures. Does it atleast have some 80+ certification? If not, maybe you cpuld think of having a new one, preferably from trusted manufacturers like Antec, Seasonic, and Corsair.

Should run a 7850 fine if you have an unoccupied 6 pin connector ( I would reccommend a geforce gtx 650 ti boost 2gb though), you can probably get an even better graphics card (e.g. geforce 660 ti, radeon hd 7870 le, or even a radeon hd 7950 or geforce gtx 670) if you have 2 unoccupied 6 pin connectors if you wanted.

Not really, i have the same kind of sketchy off-brand psu thats rated at 460 watts and its been fine for the past 3 years and the past several months since i upgraded to a 7850.

I would like to add though anything above a 660 ti is probably a huge risk.

Thanks for the feedback guys but i was thinking about the
Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 620W 80Plus Bronze Certified Modular Power Supply (RS620-SPM2E3-US)
Do you think it can handle the Radeon 7850?

While I disagree with your thoughts regarding PSUs, I agree with your choice with the 650 ti Boost. OP, I suggest you get it too, it' on par with the 7850 on most games but it comes at a better price.
