CPU-Z Listing Conflicting Info

I just received a replacement refurbished laptop for a bad refurbished laptop that I am returning. Of course, the first thing I did was check the hardware inside to make sure I am still receiving hardware comparable to what I originally bought. To do so I downloaded and ran CPU-Z. My problem is CPU-Z is listing the Processor Name as Intel Core i7-3820QM, but under Specification it says Intel Core i7-3740QM. So which is it? Windows tells me under Computer Properties that it is the 3740. Do I actually have the better processor, but the computer is not recognizing it as such, or do I have the 3740 and the Name is listed incorrectly for some reason?

The trial version of aida64 doesn't even show me the processor name.

Is it possible that I have the 3820 but the computer is not recognizing it as such and, thus, is not using its full potential; and if so, is there some way to remedy this?
