I only have $50 and i hate asking my parents for money.. My dad might go for $90 but I dont know. Im tryign to get the guy down to $80 but i really dislike Radeon cards becuase I feel that they do not hold value at all. I'll probably overclock the 560 to a 560ti level which would be perfect for my needs

very true, i just found a 560ti refurb for only $90 http://www.ebay.com/itm/nvidia-gtx-560-ti-refurbished-/221217084041?pt=PCC_Video_TV_Cards&hash=item338190d289

if i order this and it is DOA does Paypal insure it?

Look first at the seller's reputation. In this case, it is OK.
Next, particularly for a used item, look at any return options. The paypal protection protects primarily against non delivery of the item.
In also protects against items that are not described properly. In this case, the only description is refurbished, and they
do guarantee against DOA. Since the seller has several potential replacements, I might think you would be ok.

For what it is worth, I like to look for used parts from users who just want to market parts they no longer need.
They are not in business to make money, and will start the auction low. I do this regularly with parts I no longer need.
I always include 14 day money back for any reason, unless the parts are for repair and non functional.

well this guy always wants $12 for expedited shipping.. I really dont want to wait DAYS for its to come in (I'm pretty impatient lol). If you are selling a GTX 460 then I would buy it off of you in a heart beat just sayin..
