Whenever this one guy's computer is in use, suddenly the internet starts being choppy. I can't play games because I DC and I can't watch streams because they are extremely laggy.
He is using a mac, I do not have access to the mac. I reset the router, didn't help.
Does anyone know how to fix this? It only happens when he is using his mac.
EDIT: I just asked him about the DCs and he said it happens to him too. It has happened the last week or so since he got his computer back from the repair shop. The only thing they changed was his hard disk.
