Can i have PCI x8 + x16?

As long as it fits in the slot you will be fine. pci-e 2.0 the difference between x8 and x16 slot is so miniscule you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference in the slots with a graphics card. I know my titan card can't. And if its a pci-e 3.0 slot I believe an 8x 3.0 slot has the same bandwidth as a pci-e 2.0 16x slot.
