I'm having a problem with my graphic card it is a gtx 680.
The problem is my fps is too weird I'm getting a high fps but I can't play smooth is kinda lag...i can't play if I drop the settings at low is the same problem. the only way is raisin the setting at ultra I can play but is not smooth and is a little lag. I don't know if is the card itself or what's going on!! Please I need your help!!
one more thing when i move the mouse the FPS drops crazy much of the times!!

mobo. sabertooth z77
cpu- i7 3770k
ssd intel 120 gb and 1 hdd seagate 500gb for games and stuffs
ram 16 gb veangance.
psu. 600 corsair.
