Trying to find PSU efficiency

For my recent PC budget build, my PSU was the 300W unit included in http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811154068&IsVirtualParent=1 . Because this computer is for my sister and she will trying to spend as little money as possible on bills, I'm trying to find the efficiency of the PSU to determine whether or not upgrading to an 80 Plus certified PSU is worth it. However, I can't seem to find a way to determine the efficiency other than using complex voltage readers, none of which I have or have any intention of buying. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for the help!

I wasn't intending to upgrade to gold or platinum, just normal certification or maybe bronze. What would you think would be APPROXIMATELY the efficiency? (As in, I have no idea; closer to 50% or 80%? Even that much would help.)

No way of finding the power efficiency but she shouldn't worry about the bills...PC's don't take much energy anyway

While I understand being on a tight budget, just remember......You get what you pay for! This is a bargain basement case with a very low-end power supply (as mentioned by ur6beersaway) that I wouldn't trust to operate anything electronic. You/she would be much better off getting a PSU from a reputable/quality manufacturer, even if it means spending a little more money or having to wait and save just a tad more before getting the computer/parts.

There's nothing to worry about the PSU blowing so quick. There's nothing power extensive in the system for it to blow...
