I've checked the AMD official website on AMD Radeon™ HD 7770, it said 500W is recommended, does it mean, there will be a problem with I run this GPU on Cx430?

And what is the different between CX430, CXM430 and CX430 V2?
I can't seem to find an answer... and it looks like CX430 is cheaper.

Solution
For a system using a single Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition graphics card AMD specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater system power supply. The power supply should also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 23 Amps or greater and have at least one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most critical factor.
