need help overclocking my gtx 680 sli

hi there..guys i need help to overclock my gtx 680 ftw sli

i hav no idea at all how to overclock AT ALL..im using EVGA Precision X 4.0.0..1 more thing do i need to disable the sli connection so i can overclock both of them? or i can keep the sli and overclock only 1 graphic card and its will effect the second one automatically?

PC specification

processor: i7 3820 3.6Ghz oc to 4.7 Ghz
Graphic card: GTX 680 4GB FTW "2" SLI
Ram: 16Gb
Hard disk: primary SSD 500Gb..secondary HDD 500 Gb
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth x79
Powersupply: 1000 watt
Case: Corsair
Cooling System: 7 controllable Fans and Liquid cooling on the CPU

Hey, using PrecisionX you will notice the "Sync" flag at the left hand side. This applies the new offset values you use to both GPUs.
I would increase the power target to the max (132% in my PrecisionX version) and then increase the GPU clock in +10Mhz steps. For the memory offset try +300 from the beginning. That will work as the VRAM is quiete good. I did notice that a higher memory offset (e.g. +500) did not increase my graphics performance.
