Quality and even length doesn't matter, every video I watch freezes at least once. I used Opera, now Mozilla Firefox and I get the same result. I had NOD antivirus, now I replaced it with AVG but the problem persists.
This is how the problem looks:

Also, there were times when even speedtest.net froze during the test!(and whole internet browser crashed) Usually it's successful though, here's my internet speed: http://www.speedtest.net/result/2653477818.png

The funny thing is that when I tried youtube from other house with wireless internet, speed of 100KB/s (70-80 TIMES slower than this one) it never froze during ~50 music clips.

Bittorrent downloads are OK

Downloading huge sized files from some websites stuck often as well. I think the last download which froze was 800mb size file from depositfiles.com
But I successfully downloaded 700mb files from gamefront and moddb.com

What could be the cause of this? Please, help!

When you says it worked at another persons house, do you mean while using the same computer? If you weren't using the same computer, it might be a problem with Flash Player. Have you tried uninstalling flash and reinstalling it? or you could always try Chrome.

It was different PC. I tried chrome as well and even Maxthon Cloud Browser but it makes no difference because it runs in the same flash player as you said. I'll try to look into flash player and maybe I will find the cause.
