I have been using my laptop for 5 years. Now gradually the speed has become slow. I want to know is there any way to make my system faster?? I want to know what are the alternative for better PC optimization??

Run PCDecrapifier, you probably still have all the preinstalled garbage running at startup.

Run CCleaner and run the built in registry cleaner in that program until it comes up clear.

Finally, just to be sure, run Auslogics Registry Cleaner a few times. Make sure all search boxes are checked.

All these programs are free. And useful.

Slap an SSD into it and install Windows 7 on it.

Otherwise, just clean up the system. get rid of programs you dont use and clear out your startup folder so only what you want starts when the machine does. You could also defrag the HDD if its not already doing that on a schedule.
