New Build - Which MoBo Updates/Software do I need?

Just doing a full new build. Decently high end gaming rig. Got the ASUS P8Z77-V LK motherboard since I don't really need too many bells and whistles. However I went to their site here:

Selected Windows 7 - 64bit, and got a huge list of files. I really do not know which ones I need and do not need, though I'd really like to have my bios and all it's component's software counterparts up to date.

Anyone have a couple suggestions from that list on what I should be getting?

Hm. I assume you mean flash the bios from bios. Or can it do windows drivers update and such?

I'd just like to make sure I get the most performance that I can, and at least when I used a MSI motherboard they had advanced chipset updates that yielded some more performance. I was just hoping for help breaking that pages code on what I actually should download and install.
