Well guys after a few weeks of researching and the use of this great website, I just order my last parts to complete my shopping list and in a few days start to build my Gaming rig.

Here is my list:

CASE: Rosewill Thor V2 (Black)
Mobo: Asus Rampage lV Extreme
CPU: i7-3930K
PSU: Seasonic 850 Watts 80 Cert Gold ( or something like that lol )
Ram: Kingston HyperX Beast (4x4 GB) 1600 (PC3 12800) total of 16GB
GPU: Asus GTX680 Direct Cut2 4GB (going sli next black friday =))
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB SATA III 7200 RPM 64 MB Cache
SSD: Samsung Electronics 840 Pro Series 2.5-Inch 256 GB
Optical: ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner
*Windows 7 Proffesional*

So there you go folks, is there anything else i might be missing?
Any suggestions with over clocking? Cooling?

O yea and thanks a billion for those who helped me trhou out this journey it was fun and it will get better once I start doing my first build =)

NOTES:
I chosed 1TB over 2TB since I don't think I will go over 1TB in a whole year, plus all videos from gameplays I delete them once I upload them to youtube. Aslo because I have a 2TB My Book Essential External Hard Drive.

After a few reviews and researching in this website I came to the conclutiion that a PSU of 850 from seasonic X series rated 80 Plus Gold can handle even two Asus GTX680's 4G.

Best Regards Amigos,
Fx7

U already ordered all parts ?
A 650w psu can handle 2gtx680
Rosewill thor v2 case is low quality, overpriced
Gtx 670 is ~5-10% slower but a lot cheaper
Gpu with 4gb only good if you want to use for example alot of mods in skyrim, otherwise no performance increase, even in tripple monitor.
I7-3930k why...
I complain a lot :)

Re- Rosewill I just got a few items including the case. It looks solid plus it costed me like 109 bucks for a full case size? I think thats a good reasonable price. thhe HAf's are a lil bit more expensive, believe me I tought about getting one of the HAF's but I think saving me 80-90 bucks with this case that went towards the noctua =)

Re- 670 I know they are 10% slower but like i said goin sli by the end of the year and I think two of these will be kick @ss.

RE- 3930k simply because I will do alot of rendering, livestreaming, and with that mobo i bought I think is the perfect combo =)

Yea, trust me I was spending hours deciding between the GPU of 2GB or 4GB also with the CPU. And i went 850 on the PSU simply because it had a discount at that very moment.

Even with doing alot of live streaming it still does not help much/ at all having an 3930k. Now in Rendering it most certainly will do well in but if your really just gaming mostly you won't see a noticeable difference in performance over an i5.

Lol i7 for youtube. You really could of just got an i5 3570k then >_> that extra performance boost you would see is almost non existent. I was talking actual 3D rendering. Not youtube but if thats your thing...
