BSOD and Memory errors

So really recently, my PC started acting up and crashed to a BSOD. It has happened twice so far, in the past 2 days and each time it happened when playing a game (Tomb Raider first and Skyrim the second time). I got the 109 BCCode (images attached below) and after googling a little I decided to run memtest. I've attached pictures with the results below.

So I'm guessing there is something wrong with my memory. What do I do?

Note: I have 8 GB of RAM, Win7 64bit.

My warranty for both sticks is over, though. So the only solution is to buy a new stick? I mean it kinda still works.

What memory do you have? most of the bigger companies(Corsair, Crucial, Kingston, G.Skill and others ) have lifetime warranty on their RAM.

I have 2 Kingston sticks.

Contact Kingston directly, you should be able to RMA one or both sticks with them.
