Will a CM Storm Scout fit a GTX 480? Also any better cases with handle?

I take my case between my gf's place and mine frequently, so I have been looking for a case with a handle so that its easier to move around with. I currently have a CM 690 II.

I've done some searching and so far the CM Storm Scout seems like my best option, but I am unsure if it will fit my GTX 480 and mobo. Some of the newegg reviews mentioned you might have trouble with a GTX 480.

my 9800GTX+ with the Dark night cooler takes up ALOT of space for a 9800GTX+, yet less space than my other 480GTX, if you have a card that's as big as a 5970 or a 480gtx you might have some problems installing it depending on your mobo layout. The mobo I installed it on has an AGP and a PCI-E slot, therefore the PCI-E is lower than it should normally be.
A GTX 480 fit in here with about a SATA power cables width in between the card and the case. (only fits because of the angled card and the slot ending up right above the hard drive bay)
So I am worried that with my mobo it may not fit. I have an ASUS P8Z77-LK mobo if that helps. I'm wondering if anyone here has had experience with this case and could maybe provide any advice on if my 480 will fit ok. It seems to be fairly popular so I hope someone has some knowledge on this.

It does seem like it "should" fit, just want to make sure that I don't have a mobo or something that would make it not fit or hard too fit.
Judging by this it will be a tight fit though. http://bluerimtech.blogspot.com/2010/06/gtx-480-collected-installed-and-used.html

Also if you know of any better cases with a handle (aesthetics don't matter to me that much) and is priced around the same as the CM Storm Scout $64+CA tax right now from newegg, let me know.

The CM Storm Scout has room for graphics cards up to 10.6 inches long. The reference GTX 480 is 10.5 inches long, with PCIe power connectors along the top edge. So it should fit in the CM Storm Scout, though only just.
The motherboard is standard ATX, so that'll fit fine.

As for a better case, maybe the updated CM Storm Scout II? It has a removable hard drive cage so it'll fit ridiculously long graphics cards. 11.3 inches with the cage, 15.7 inches without the cage.

Edit: The Storm Scout II is pricier though. :(

The Scout 2 is $10CAD more than the Scout 1 at Newegg.ca currently.

Thanks, I was pretty sure it would fit, just wanted to make sure before I buy a new case as the first case I had did not fit the 480 when I upgraded to that, so I ended up just getting the CM 690 II.

I thought of putting a handle on, but there really isn't anywhere secure enough on the case to put the handle. The top panel is a thin metal grate and the side panels are definitely not that stable.

I was originally looking at the Bitfenix survivor, but reviews seem to indicate its not he best made case, just looks nice. I do like the tucked away handle though.

I'm in the US so the SS2 is about $17 more on newegg after tax. Do you guys think the SS2 is worth the extra money?

For the mobo I know it'll fit the case, someone mentioned elsewhere that with certain mobo configs a longer card might not fit in the scout 1, but I'm not sure if my mobo differs in placement of the GPU or not.

If I'm going to spend almost $50 after shipping for a way to carry my PC, I feel like I might as well a new case that has what I need built in. I'd still be able to either sell my old case or use it for another build. I'll most likely go with the cheaper SS1, but I'm thinking of just spend the extra to make sure my 480 will fit comfortably.
