Which ever one does your jobs well, is energy efficient, integrated video, cheap motherboard with support for at least 8GB of ram.

I think most would lean towards a low price Intel i3 dual core, if low powered GPU acceptable.

Business as in what? Simple spreadsheets, word processing and e-mails?

Or are we talking about something very CPU intensive like Monte Carlo Simulations?

ok, guys, my bad. i should have been more specific. here is the scoop I think i will need a graphics card, because i want to run 2 or even 3 monitors because i often am running that many programs at once, so the internal graphics doesn't need to be anything special. Some of my apps are very processor intensive.....consolidated federal tax returns, giant (although not complicated) spreadsheets, surfing, remote access, and most importantly all these are going on simultaneously.
