How do i downgrade from windows 7 to windows 8 on a custom build?

I finished building my own computer and 2 months after i've installed windows 8 i now realise its buggy and crappy.
So now i want to switch to windows 7 to make my life soooo much easier, can anybody help?

purchase a build copy of windows 7, boot to the disk, select new install, if it shows you any existing partitions, delete them and select the unpartitioned space. when asked for the key, input the included key.

Can I please ask, in what way is it buggy (I've been using it for months now with no problems). Can I suggest installing Classic Shell if you prefer the Windows 7 Start Menu (Google it, it's free)?

You mistakenly refer to it as a downgrade, I disagree and call it an upgrade.

Buggy...as in Windows 8 is a horrible mess of an OS. I bought it as well when it was offered for $30 or was it $20? Whatever it was, it was too much. I think OSX has finally gotten ahead of Windows. Windows 7 is the perfect OS and they should have just made metro an optional overlay and kept the start menu, maybe something in 3D?
