If i remember correctly from reading up on the h100 you there are two power connectors one is for the fan/s the order for the pump... did you plug the one for the fan/s on the cpu fan header??? If you plug the one for the pump then it will give that message

Hi. No it's wired up correctly. I just swapped the fan over to the main fan connection on the main board. But now I'm getting a warning of how fast my fans going. Wonder if it's something I can turn off.

Do you have a system fan??? If so plug that in on the cpu header and plug the fan for the h100 on the system fan header... i think its getting confuse with the two fans... (they be be spinning at different speeds or the rpm is not being sent back to the board since its being controlled by the h100 unit.

No i doubt that's something you can't turn off because its a fail safe device to make sure your CPU don't over heat... kinda stupid really... you must have a fan plug on the CPU fan header even if your using liquid cooling. Guest in a few years they may take out that feature as a requirement and just depend on the temp of the CPU.
