Are these cpu temps OK?

I have a new gaming rig and at idle the temps are 23-28 celsius. When Im playing games like BF3 and Crysis 3 the tmeps reach up to 55-60 are these temps ok?
Im using a Cooler Master hyper 212+ with the thermal paste that came with it

what are your vcore and clock settings and what is your cpu

Im using the default settings and I have an i5-3570k processor
