Wireless can only find neighbors' networks?

I've tried manually adding the network but it still won't connect to it. My phone is also able to find the connection but my laptop isn't. My computer only finds the networks from neighbors and doesn't find mine. There are 2 other laptops that are connected to my wireless. Both Lenovo.
I'm using windows 7 on a Lenovo Z575.

You tried to update the drivers on your laptop tried on a manufactured website and them tried to connected if not maybe the wireless card come with the laptop is no compatible whit rauter an tried to used wireless USB like net wire if work perfectible again the laptop wireless card no support rauter configuration this is the website for the drivers good luck .
