Help me upgrade

Hi all
This is my current computer http://browser.primatelabs.com/geekbench2/92532 (yes I know it is old but I am upgrading bit by bit as a project) I am looking to upgrade my CPU from 2 cores too 4 but I have no idea on the specification of my motherboard or current CPU other then what is stated in the link above. I ran Belarc and it didn't give me any more information then in the link.
Could anyone advise me on what to do?

Try cpuz from cpuid site to get better information about cpu / MoBo / RAM. That's gonna help

As for quad core..AMD FX series are cheap and work pretty good.
