Which memory would work in my my motherboard?

My ddr3 slot in my motherboard broke so i have to use ddr2. And I am trying to find new memory which would work on my motherboard. The qvl list is very old and when i try to find them online they are very expensive. So could anyone tell which memory would work in my motherboard.

System spec
Motherboard - n68c s ucc
cpu - athlon ii x4 640

Edit: DERP. I have never seen a MOBO with two different physical slots on it before. My bad.

DDR2 - 667/800/1066

Go with DDR2 800. 1066 is sketchy in many boards.

so any ddr2 800 would work on my motherboard? Does that mean any memory voltage can be used? I have seen sticks that had different voltages.

i think 1.8 was the "norm" back in the day.

I was looking around and I found this memory KHX6400D2K2/4G. It has 1.85v http://www.ec.kingston.com/ecom/configurator_new/PartsInfo.asp?ktcpartno=KHX6400D2K2/4G would it work on my motherboard?

I found this website which says
Memory voltage: from 1.794v to 2.201

the different voltages are for overclockers. 1.8 ram would be okay. even though you may not have seen that memory on the mem list it should be okay. it's not really worth buying the most expensive stuff either.
