Hi there,

Basically, no matter what I'm doing, gaming or browsing online, every couple of hours or so my computer randomly decides to freeze. The screen locks up on the most recent image, and the sound continually loops creating a buzzing noise and the only solution is to hard reset, although on one or two occasions it has sorted itself out within a minute or two.

I build my current system back in Sep2012, although the freezing has only happened in the past 3/4 months.

I have tried troubleshooting myself and have performed the following checks:
- Done a clean install of Windows 7 x64 Home Premium
- Updated all relevant drivers
- Removed an overclocks on the CPU and RAM
- Updated the BIOS
- Checked temperature issues, so far none, not even close.
- Ran Memtest to check for faulty RAM
- Ran Seatools to check for faulty HDD

My PC is as follows:
CPU - i5 2500k @Stock
RAM - 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
Motherboard - MSI Z77A-G45
GPU - 2x XFX HD 7770 DD Black Edition Super Overclock 1120/1300
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200rpm
PSU - Corsair GS700
Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Case - Antec ONE w/ 2x Stock Fans and 2x Bitfenix Spectres

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this one has really got me stumped.

I will try to reply back to responses as quickly as possible too :)

Regards,

They are yes, but not excessively, and temps are still low. I bought a XFX HD 7770 Black Edition DD Cooling Super Overclocked back in September when I first build this rig, then added a second XFX HD7770 in January but it wasn't factory overclocked, so I just bumped it up to the same speeds as my first card.
