Hey all, thanks for taking the time to help.

A couple hours ago, I came home from school to find my computer had crashed. It was stuck on desktop with the time 9am. (6 hours earlier). I thought nothing of it and held the power button to restart.

This restart DID NOT HELP. The desktop was never to be seen again. Now when the power button is pressed all fans start up and lights etc. But no output to either of my monitors.
It won't POST.
Doesn't reach BIOS.
I've tried clearing CMOS.

Any thoughts from the awesome folks of Tom's Hardware?

Specs:
Mobo: m4a79xtd EVO
CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965
GPU: MSI 7950
RAM: 8GB of a fancy expensive brand I don't remember currently (2 x 4GB)
OS Drive: Corsair M4 128GB
Several other HDDs
PSU: Antec 700W (I think)

EDIT: Spoke to my mum, she thinks the PSU is the culprit. I've got a PSU tester lying around somewhere so I'll give that a go, and report my findings.

Even if this post is completely useless and no one reads it. I think it's helped me collate my thoughts, and maybe it'll help someone else in future.

there seems to be a hardware failure. Test out which one it is and get it replace immediately.

Your psu is giving power because your pc is powered on, i believe it's something else.

test each Memory sticks, the GPU, see if motherboard is fried( hopefully is not).

if you have a another good power supply, plug it in to your current motherboard and see if it is a faulty or not. See if it displays anything.
