Don't use the tall heatsinks with air coolers. The RAM I used is low profile, so I thought it a good choice given the price. I have used Wintech DDR2 in old computer upgrades, but never on a new computer... most brands are just fine though, to be honest.

Years ago the memory controller was on the motherboard and RAM compatibility was a big deal. Now, RAM compatibility is rarely an issue, except if the specs are wrong. (like you would never use 1.65V RAM in this build)

Ah, understood on EVGA. They are also an American company.

As long as you are making an informed decision on the PSU, OK. You need to understand that the relative quality will suffer. ZT 650W got mixed reviews. Hardware Secrets Loved it, Johnnyguru thought it was OK...

I would really like a Full Modular power supply and the newegg power supply calculator suggested over 620 W and it costs 30 dollars more for another good brand like SeaSonic that is Full Modular. Any other parts you would change?

The PSU is all that I would change.

I think you might do better. Pretty sure you can get a better PSU that is actually fully modular.... let's see:

A bit more up front but some good rebates there. Much better GPU. Great case, excellent quality PSU.

Thank you Proximon, I am happy to get your opinion. I know that the Cooler Master TPC 812 cools better. Are you suggesting the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO because the TPC 812 is overkill?

Could I go with this memory since it is are even cheaper or is it a bad company?

There is a 14% difference in performance between the GeForce GTX 660 and GeForce GTX 660 Ti and the PNY GeForce GTX 660 Ti costs 30% more than the EVGA GeForce GTX 660. The other problem with the PNY is the fact that I REALLY want EVGA. This is because they have a program where if they release a card you want within the 6 months after purchase, you can mail it in and pay the difference. I would like to get a GeForce GTX 760. The price of the EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Ti is 47% more than the EVGA GeForce GTX 660.

Is there anything wrong with the case I chose? I don't like hinged plates like what is on the Cooler Master Storm Enforcer. I am worried if there is enough room for cable management on the case I picked out.

I would really like a Full Modular power supply.

The LITE-ON iHAS124-04 is same price as the Samsung SH-224BB and is faster.

It's a fairly basic case with some missing features... like real standoffs. It ships with just one front red fan. The CM case I linked has 3 fans, two of which are 200mm, and a lot more features... side mounted drive bays make swapping drives much easier. It's 20% off right now plus the rebate.

I like Silverstone as a company. They have great support, and I owned a high end Silverstone case for many years. I think the cable routing options in that case are pretty good, just not sold on the rest of it.

Well, Lite-On CLAIMS the drive is faster anyway :) But it makes little difference.

I looked hard for a different case, but you would have to spend quite a bit more for red fans and a window and cable management.

I will change the RAM. I understand the power supply has gotten mixed reviews but for the most part the reviews were positive and if I want a full modular power supply by another good brand like SeaSonic its another $40. I am planning buying an extra fan for the back of the case. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233101 There are 3 things I am looking for in a case, USB 3.0 front port, side window, and cable management and I couldn't care less if fans are LED and I actually wish they didn't have LEDs because I find them annoying.

Ok, I am going to go with the EVO and I want to avoid liquid coolers. I only have 2 questions left (that I can think of lol), is it worth the money to upgrade to the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 for $25? and does my build look good now?
