I have been looking to purchasing a laptop, and I found two that have caught my eye, both being Toshiba Satellite S855's. I am on a budget, and these appeared to be the best laptops for my price range.

One has an AMD A10-4600M quad-core with 1 GB AMD Radeon HD 7660G + AMD Radeon HD 7610M Dual Graphics card, while the other has an Intel Core i7-3630QM with a 2 GB GeForce GT 630M graphics card.

I will mainly be using this laptop primarily for gaming, playing mostly Minecraft but also Dead Island and Borderlands 2, but also will be using it for Schoolwork and Photoshop.

Any thoughts on which laptop I should get?

You will get better graphic performance from the 7660G + 7610M Laptop cards.

These will handle Medium graphic settings for these games. As for the 630m Card, you are looking at Low settings at best.

Oddly enough, the 7640G is comparable to a 7610m, so X-fire maybe? Anyway, an nVIDIA card will probably run Borderlands 2 better, mainly because of PHYSx.
The first has a better GPU, but weaker processor.
Second has better CPU, but a weaker GPU.
