One of my case fan is not spinning at all. It's been like this for around 2 years. No major problems from what I've seen so far at least based upon my nooby computer knowledge 
. I have a new problem with the other case fan. This case fan makes weird crackling noises, it's been like this for about a month now. However I noticed these crackling sounds to become a bit more frequent as days/weeks go by. I don't know too much about computers, but I feel like it's high time that I should fix both case fans asap.
What can I do for both of my case fans to be performing as they should be?
