Hey! I'm looking to upgrade my 6450 but I'm really not sure where to start, I've fallen a little behind technonlogy lately! I've got a budget of around £70, I was thinking maybe a 7750 but I'm just not sure.

My system specs are:
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 640 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 4096 MB DDR3 SDRAM 667MHz
Motherboard: MEDIONPC MS-7713
Power Supply: FSP FSP350-60EMDN 350w

I'd say yea the 7750 is a good way to go for you. You can spend extra money and get a 650Ti if you want a more serious card (but then your looking at a CPU bottle neck). As for a PSU, you can get by on much smaller than 500w. I recommend the Antec VP-450 to everyone. They really are good PSU's not even considering they run so cheap. Otherwise I always recommend the XFX Core series 550w, or the Rosewill Capstone 750w 80+ Gold. But, that antec will be more than enough power, and it runs efficient enough that it would qualify for 80+ silver, they just put it together different so it doesn't count I guess.
