After weeks of heavy research, this is what I've decided on. Its mostly for gaming but the little woman does a lot of photoshop as a hobby. Any final changes I should make before I buy and build?? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Solution
PSU is from a no-name brand. Try to get a Corsair, antec, Seasonic, or XFX 600w PSU. Also, the CPU cooler is overkill and that specific one performs worse than certain air coolers. Grab the Hyper 212 EVO for 30$ and call it a day. Finally, I would upgrade that GPU using the difference to at least a 7870XT, 660ti, or 7950.

This is with a name brand PSU, a slightly different GPU and a different CPU cooler....better? Also, does the memory profile matter. I was also thinking should I want to overclock the CPU in the future, can I still stick with the current cooler? Oh, and I want to stay within the 1100 budget, give or take a hundred.

And its super to me :p

OMG I love this forum! There are so many configs at 1200 it makes your head spin. Too many hours reading and I have to sleep, lol. So clocking in at 1180 I think I will now go with the following. Different memory and a much much faster GPU. Almost for the same price as my original setup...who would have thunk!
