Can all this stuff fit in my stock Dell Inspiron 545 case?

I'm just upgrading parts, but can this all fit in my inspiron 545?

-Corsair TX750W
-HD Radeon 4850 w/ Zalman VF-900 Cu cooler
-the rest of the stock stuff.

I'm really worried since the pci-e slot might be too close to the edge for my fan to poke in, and also the TX750 is a huge PSU (dont ask why I bought it), but I'm not sure since Im not an expert.

Depends - is the case you have a slimline case? If so, then you'll need a low-profile graphics card and probably a small form PSU.

First of all, confirm for all your case

I am very sure that it is MT, so next would be related to MT case only.
I have Inspiron 570 MT with almost identical case inside, I also have Corsair GS600 which has the same dimensions as your TX, you would have to bend a few metal parts for PSU to fit, very easy, have screwdriver and pliers ready.
Regarding Video Card. how long it is, Zalman cooler is very short and doesn't take much space.
Here is the picture of 545 MT with some video card es axample

If you keep HDD in the same place you can have very long video card.

And the rest stuff. Well look at my Inspiron 570 in the original case, what can be worse?

You would have to deal with all those cables, so get pack of tie down strips to organize cables.
So I don't see real problems to get worried.
