did my harddrive fail?

Windows won't boot anymore. Keep getting a black screen telling me to press any key to start express recovery 2. What should i do? I need my files on my harddrive. Harddrive shows on boot menu but doesn't load. Don't hear the clicking noise. Any help?

The bios should give some indication of the drive manufacture(if its not clear google search the info the bios gives on the hdd), go to th drive manufactures website to get the diagnostics.
