ASUS M5A97 Black Screen, No Display

First off here are the specs of my Server:

ASUS M5A97 Rev 1.02
AMD FX-8120 CPU
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series (16GB) DDR3 1333 PC3 10666
ATI Radeon HD5850
Western Digital Red WD10EFRX 1TB
Corsair CX650
Windows 8

Recently I've been having issues with my my server. I built the machine back in June and it worked just fine for a while, but now I'm experiencing issues and I'm suspecting my motherboard.

One day my server randomly shut down and wouldn't give me a display when I turned it back on. Due to being super busy I haven't really troubleshoot the problem until now, but when I turned on the server yesterday it booted into Windows just fine on the first try. About 10 minutes later my PC shut off again, and the next time I turned it on I got the message:

0x000000ce
Something about needing to repair Windows, yada yada.

When I went to get my flash drive with the Windows 8 ISO image my server shut off again and wouldn't give me a display when I turned it back on. It seems like this problem is intermittent, and I'm suspecting it's the motherboard. Anyone have any advice on troubleshooting? If you need any clarification on anything please let me know.

Thanks for the response,

That appears to be a hotfix for Windows 2000, which I'm not running on my system (Windows 8). And to be quite honest even if I was I can't even get a display on my Server so I don't know how I'd apply it.

To be honest I don't exactly have an extra one laying around. I wouldn't assume it was the power supply because when I turn it on the fans are powered and everything seems to be on, but I can't exactly rule it out until I try it, which I can't today.

Here's an update on my problem.

I thought I had it fixed for a bit, but it seems I have a new problem now. I started troubleshooting by taking out sticks of RAM one at a time. The computer booted perfectly with only 1 stick of RAM in there, and I was very happy. After making sure both worked, I tried two again and was greeted with that familiar black screen. I figured this might have something to do with updating the BIOS, so I updated the BIOS with one stick, and when I put the second one back in my server worked! I started patching my machine for updates, and I come back 15 minutes later and the son of bitch is black screening me. I said fuck it lets start over and took out a stick of RAM. When I restart the machine now manually I'm greeted with the BIOS page for a split second, but I get a black screen shortly after. What the fuck is wrong with this thing?
