gigiabyte is good or zotac ?

my specs E7500 @ 2.93 Ghz
4 Gb ddr2 ram
i hace pci-e x16 slot ^_^

and thinking to buy gtx 650

guys i donno how to see weather i have a psu or not but.....
jus gimmie detail info about where can i find it
i can find a psu under ma dvd writer

will i able to play :

on ULTRA/HIGH setting ( 1600x900 ) resolution

usually where is power supply located [ my psu is located under the dvd writer and a long wire which connected the back side of the wire ( black wire ) ]
cause i aksed the dealer from whom i bough the pc
he say it will be 400 - 500 smps
i open my cabinet i saw a spare wire which has four wires ( from ma psu )
im not that sure but its hard to see the psu cause its located in the corner down the dvd write

ok i will buy a new psu
but trust me my psu is really located there i have the wire and if it not psu then what is there ??

how about this psu : Corsair VS450 450 Watt PSU

when i buy new psu my old will be of no use na ??
and i will just need to connected my all wires to my psu and the mobo dvd write etc and im done ??
