I've got a gigabyte GA-965G-DS3 motherboard here with 2 gigs ram and duel core cpu that won't boot I hit the power button and the cpu fan spins for 1 second then won't do anything when I trie to boot again I have to pull out the power cord for 10 second and put it back in and does the same. Please help I have cleared BIOS with cmos battery and have changed PSU and Cpu fan and tried diffrent cpu
