Will i.only have to buy this kind of RAM?

want to buy RAM for my PC-AMD a10-5800k MSI FM2-A55M-E33 Motherboard But when i checked the specs of my processor it only supports DDR3 1866 memory So do i have to buy a RAM with DDR3 1866 memory type ONLY??

No, it can support the RAM DDR3 1066/1333/1600/1866/2133*(OC), 32GB Max, and 1.5V. If you can find the good deal for the 1600MHz or 1866Mhz, just buy it.

for apu systems, id suggeest 2133mhz ram. anything higher doesnt give you much improvement for the money and anything lower doesnt scale as well

This is what your motherboard supports for ram and AMD would be foolish to make a processor that only supports 1866mhz ram. So the ram listed above is what both the motherboard and processor support, you do not have to be restricted to 1866mhz ram.
