I don't know which stores do you have in india , but this motherboard is one of my top picks :
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131824&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
If you can find it in india for your price rang it would be great -
If you want the high-end MB and get the asus sabertooth or the Gigabyte Z77X-UP5 TH . Read the review. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/z77x-up5-th-z77a-gd80-z77-oc-formula,3305-25.html

98% of the time you won't notice a difference between any of these boards. Base your choice on price and looks.
The maximus mobo's are extended ATX form factor so your case won't work with them. (You don't need this mobo either in my opinion. Not worth extra price for 95% of people and if you were one of the 5% that do need it, you'd know about it.)
What way are you setting up your SSD? Are you just going to use it as the main drive for the operating system or are you going to use the ssd smart cache where the ssd is used in conjunction with the 2TB hdd to make the hdd faster? -
I noticed you are looking at the 128GB samsung 840 pro. You might be better off getting the cheaper non pro 840 and buying a larder ssd (256GB samsung 840). I feel 128GB is too small for an OS. You will run out of space in no time with a couple of games. You could install them on the 2TB drive either but that nearly defeats the purpose.
If budget is still an issue I would nearly just get a 1TB hdd to allow for a larger ssd.
Note: This is only if you are using the ssd as the main drive for your operating system. And if you aren't using the ssd as main drive for OS, the samsung 840 pro is probably a bit overkill for smart cache. -
Ok, clearly you shouldn't post that answer ...
If you think that 128GB is too small for OS then you should do some research about OS's .
SSDs will help you to open games faster but you wouldn't notice much difference, the only difference you'll see with SSD is That boot and load times for programs like 3d max and photoshop are incredibly FAST.
If you're getting a Samsung SSD then pro series is your target, anything else will be a TOTAL WASTE.
If you're looking for cheaper yet efficient SSD you should look for crucial M4 or V4 series.
Back to the mobo , get this :
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007G51UWY/?tag=pcpapi-20
It'll be best choice for everything (Overclocking, WI-FI, SLI/CFX, reliable components and also cheap for features)
Best luck -

Maybe I should have been a bit clearer. I should have said 128GB is too small for a main drive that I load the OS and most of my games onto. I assumed he would be doing the same. I probably should not have assumed this. Thank you for clearing that up.
I think you might be a bit harsh in saying "TOTAL WASTE". I'd don't think it is and I have one. It might not be the fastest ssd on the market but its still performs perfectly for me and you won't to notice a major difference between a lot of ssd's. It should come down to price and reliability which the 840 has. If there isn't that much difference between the 840 & 840 pro price wise, then of course get the pro. If there is a big difference then get the 840. Same with the M4 etc. I got a 250gb 840 for cheap and I have no regrets.
The reason I load games onto ssd
As my old hdd filled up I noticed I wasn't getting into multiplayer games at the start of the match (important for some games more than others). The load times were taking so long that it was necessary to load them onto the ssd. This is the reason I needed a 256GB. Once you start loading a few games onto a 128gb ssd you will see how little space you have left over. -
