Advice regarding Seagate extension hard drive

Connected the wrong voltage regulator to my wife's 1tb Seagate expansion drive and think it may have damaged the electrical side as the power on indicator gave one flash then nothing. Is this repairable please?

Assuming you didn't fry the drive's electronics you should be able to remove the drive and put it in a new enclosure or if you have room left and a free sata port for an internal, you can put it in your computer.
