So I was wondering some thingsabout certain stuff:

ISP: - Has the ISP got a code - number or something like an ID?
- If it has, is it possible to change it?

Proxy Server: - What is the best proxy server?
- How can I connect to it?
- Can other persons see that you got a Proxy Server?

Proxy IP: - How can I get to know what my Proxy IP is?
- Can others see my Proxy IP?
-... Or my normal IP Adress while using a Proxy IP?

What do you mean by ID?

anyways there are no best proxy server but a good free one is hidemyass.com.

You can not really "connect" to a proxy server, you can ask the proxy server for information and the proxy server will give you that information. Like this: Computer -> proxy server -> http server. Then your computer will ask the proxy for the http servers information and the http server will send it back to the proxy and the proxy will send it to you.

Others will see your proxy servers IP address because everything that you connects to will go through the proxy.

I actually do not know about that, but I think they have some sort of ID, so whenever your IP changes your ID gets a new IP. If you were I am getting at :)
